Apparel: Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items with tags intact. Clearance apparel marked ‘Final Sale’ is not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Handicrafts: Due to their handmade nature, returns are only accepted if the product arrives damaged. Please report damages within 48 hours of delivery with photos for resolution.
