Indian Handicrafts Specific

Are all handicraft items exactly the same?
Due to their handmade nature, minor variations in colour, design, or finish are natural, making each piece unique.
  • Wood: Keep away from moisture; wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth.

  • Metal: Avoid harsh chemicals; clean with a soft dry cloth.

  • Textile: Hand wash separately in cold water or dry clean, depending on the item.

Orders

How do I place an order?
Select your desired items, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout by following the on-screen instructions.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after successful payment.

Log in to your account and visit ‘My Orders’ to track your order status in real-time.
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Please contact our support team as soon as possible for assistance.

Shipping

What shipping methods do you offer?

We offer standard and express shipping options for both domestic and international orders.

Shipping costs vary based on weight, destination, and chosen shipping method, and are calculated at checkout.
  • Domestic: 3-7 business days

  • International: 7-14 business days, depending on customs clearance.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment status.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?
  • Apparel: Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items with tags intact. Clearance apparel marked ‘Final Sale’ is not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • Handicrafts: Due to their handmade nature, returns are only accepted if the product arrives damaged. Please report damages within 48 hours of delivery with photos for resolution.
